1. Contractual Relationship. These Terms govern your access and use of GetAheady. The Service is owned and operated by LR Burgis Solutions LLC. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service. GetAheady is a ticket recommendation and search tool that aggregates, structures, and links to live concert ticket listings from third-party marketplaces. GetAheady does not sell tickets directly, handle payment processing, or issue tickets.

3. Third-Party Marketplaces and Accuracy of Data. We pull ticket listings, pricing data, and venue mapping from trusted third-party marketplaces. GetAheady acts strictly as a search aggregator and does not guarantee the real-time accuracy, availability, pricing, or validity of third-party listings. Any transaction occurs entirely on a third-party platform and any dispute must be handled directly with that marketplace.

4. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LR Burgis Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data connected to your use of the Service, reliance on recommendations, or interactions with third-party marketplaces. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

5. Intellectual Property. The custom search aggregation methods, interface designs, branding, Three Picks logic, and software code running the Service are the exclusive intellectual property of LR Burgis Solutions LLC. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or distribute any portion of the site without written permission.

6. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any legal action must be brought in the courts located in New York County, New York.
